My Background.

​I'm what you might call a scanner personality: Easily excited by anything that poses a challenge. I wither in repetitive, bureaucratic settings and I'm a terrible politician - or so people tell me.

That's why I fell in love with the startup and scaleup world early in my career. I thrive in the freedom, creativity, and team spirit of building something from nothing.

But I quickly learned: building a company is a marathon, not a sprint. Leading teams through the highs and lows of entrepreneurship takes resilience, communication, and crystal-clear values.

​This is where I come in: helping founders and leaders design the structures and communication cultures their organizations need to grow and stay resilient.

I live in Munich with my partner, am endlessly curious about what drives people, and have a deep love for dogs, philosophy, psychology, and scuba diving. I've explored 50+ countries and - after all this time - I still haven’t outgrown my love for Harry Potter. Because we all need a little magic in our lives.​ ​
